BioMy name is Emily, and I'm an aspiring musician from Philadelphia, Pennsylvania. I've made this livejournal to track my journey as a musician and to write down all my thoughts on music, writing, and performing. I've played guitar for 3 years, piano for 12, and the drums for 1. My life pretty much consists entirely of music, and I'm ALWAYS up for a discussion on anything musically related, whether it be renaissance music, or the start of Nu-Metal. I'm currently a Freshman in college and a music performance major =). I love English, writing, and literature as well, and am always willing to critique anyone's work. I really hope to meet other musicians in the area, or anywhere for that matter. Hopefully one day I'll become a music journalist and write for a great magazine in NYC, while living my life as a successful musician; really, I'll probably end up living in a box hehe. I'm a devout Christian and my life revolves around God and Jesus and that will never change because God is the only one who gives me hope and has a plan for my future.
